(as the patient),

I was admitted recently for surgery very nervous and the staff were very supportive. I would like to thank Amy the staff nurse on days and Karen the staff nurse on nights who are worth their weight in gold and are what the NHS is really about.

I would like to thank all the staff in the theatre and recovery.
