"Worst NHS Hospital"

My family has had the worst experiences with this hospital on two separate ocassions. The ambulance staff's behaviour was very appalling. Once in the Emergency Department, the staff on duty was again very very very rude ( I would have used a word worse than rude if i could find one) and they were passing offensive remarks. My father has been in lower body paralysis since 4 weeks and the ambulance refused to take them on two ocassions saying just wait at home for your appointment letter.
