I attended the hospital for Cardioversion procedure yesterday. Apart from the success of the procedure (thank you!), I was so impressed with the professionalism, caring attitude, and keeping me informed throughout the stay. Going into hospital is an alien environment for most people and it is so important that staff show an informing and caring attitude to relax and give the patient confidence in the procedure. Well done to all the staff I was in contact with.
