What I liked
I attended the ortho outpatients today with my son. Westruggled to get a car park space & as he is in a full leg plaster, I asked the attendants for help. They couldn't have been nicer and found us a space near to the entrance.....I was very impressed as the attendant treated us as people and not an inconvenience. Well done for that!
