I think the childrens accident and emergency department has got worse the new building doesnt have a sectioned off area for play so every time you moved you got rammed with something into your legs or tripped over bags or baby's chairs there's too many seats in the middle and the waiting time has gone up from 3hours to 5hours I couldn't understand it and they were not enough staff the nursery nurses were ignorant and a male nurse couldn't be bothered to even speak to you properly looking down his nose all the time .
