My husband is diabetic and I am his main carer. On our last appointment we were given a telephone number and was asked to call this number to book an appointment and to contact you at the beginning of December.
I have telephoned you on 3 occasions and left contact details and I have not even received a courtesy call back to book an appointment for my husband.
