A while back I had a poor experience with the ENT Department at Blackburn - and posted it here. Not life threatening - more being treated as an irritant than a client.
Maybe I was unlucky last time ( or lucky this? ) but today was an example of how it should work.
Arrived and booked in via the self check in.
Sat in waiting room for a couple of minutes - called through a few minutes early.
Notes etc all there - in and out in 5 minutes with clear information and a professional and pleasant experience.
