I cannot praise the staff on Ocelot ward highly enough. I was recently admitted following a planned operation and was slightly apprehensive given the bad press the hospital has recently received. The care I received was great and the staff are a real credit to the hospital. The same can be said of the care I received in Recovery following my operation, the nurse was so calm and reassuring. Thank you everyone. My only criticism was with a member of staff in POCU, not approachable and totally unsympathetic, the last thing you need is to be ignored when you are are apprehensive about an impending operation.
