i have just had an op in Chorley hospital and cannot fault the care and attention i got, the only concern i had was having to walk quite a distance to the actual operating theatre... i found this rather odd walking the corridors of the hospital to the theatre with one of the staff! Already feeling vulnerable and anxious, having to do this made me worse, being very self concious and pratically naked from behind... no didnt like this part of my hospital stay at all... i think it is unecessary and a bit degrading, plus it made my BP higher when i finally got to the operating theatre...come on Chorley hosp do something about this please...
