I attended broomfield Hospital last thursday for a first orthopaedic Consultation with regard to a painful shoulder. I would like to say the care i had whilst there for excellent. On arrival the reception staff were efficient, friendly and put me at ease. I was called in within five minutes to see the consultant who then sent me for an xray. I was then called back to the consultant, examined and she informed me i needed an operation. Everything was explained fully to me and i was put on the waiting list. This was all done within less than one hour. i have every confidence in this hospital, it was immaculately spotless and every member of staff that i met was very efficient. This is not my local hospital but i would highly recommend it to anyone. I am not nervous about the op as i feel very confident about the staff and hospital.
