Admitted for an ERCP as an inpatient. Sent for by the department, left to wait with Out patients wearing only a gown and dressing gown - absolutely no dignity whatsoever. Consultant was arrogant, did not listen when I was in pain. Post recovery excellent - nurses a credit to the hospital. Consultant - would never recommend this man. Obviously just there for the money and did not care about patients. Ward dirty, old bed frames, blood on bathroom floor - not mine. Too many staff who could not speak proper english and certainly did not understand paitents.
