The doctors are lovely but the receptionist was not helpful and not carrying out her duties. I waited for about 1.5 hours in outpatients till I was seen. After asking a few times when I would be seen, the doctor realised that my notes had been misplaced by the staff. I spent an unacceptable amount of time waiting to. I hope this does not happen again. I suggest that the reception staff should constantly check that patients are not being neglected.
