I have had a total knee replacement performed by my consultant and his team and am truly grateful as at 53 I was told I was to young to be considered for this operation but since having this operation in September I have become so mobile I'm now looking forward to seeking employment in the new year and looking forward after 3-5 years of being out of work again would like to thank the team that have helped me over the last two years. Including all of the nurses on ward 14 & the physio at R Robert Peel hospital for her help in my rapid recovery. This operation is not just for the the old but for the younger patients as well and I'm truly grateful for the treatment I've received Many Thanks Tony Barnes
