In the Leeds General Infirmary one day the Great George Street entrance to LGI was closed for filming without a word of explanation or apology to patients. There was no mention of alternatives for those with mobility problems who might have arrived there hoping, for example, to get to Clarendon Wing. The alternative entrance to Brotherton Wing had no reception staff and appeared filthy to me.
In this post-Francis world, To me I found the lack of focus on the patient experience simply stunning.
