About: Sussex Eye Hospital

Anything else?

if u r disabled ,or like me have severe ME and mobility problems,u will not receive any help here. no wheelchair available to ambulance transport and when one was found was a cumbersome antique and totally unsuitable, staff, when told that precviously I had been told that I could lie down,it being too painful to sit completely ignored my reuqest, being totally locked in to their proceedures for checking in ,no help offered or given! after treatment left to wait in draftty reception area and ignored, complete lack of understanding, staff need training on matters of disability, not everyone can be able bodied.
