What I liked
Congratulation on improving appointment dates for outpatients, and for the first time I was seen at the appointment time given, for the renal clinic.
What could be improved
However, it was shadowed by having to wait for 1hr and 15 minutes to have my blood taken. In the past I have waited longer and cost of parking is costly. This section needs improving.
While waiting to see a doctor, my blood pressure could be montnitored so it won't be high when the Dr record's it.
Duplicate of the same appointment was sent by 2 differnt people on different dates. cut the cost of stamps
