"Excellent staff on Ward 20"

My 3 year old daughter was a referred to Ward 20 on 1st December. The staff overall on this ward were fantastic, I cannot praise them all highly enough. After initial misgivings due to dealing with 111 service and the walk in centre, the staff here spent time with my daughter and immediately diagnosed the problem. Again nothing was too much trouble and the staff, expecially the day nurse were extremely attentive. We were transferred to the RVI on the following evening, and I can say that the RVI was not a patch on the QE. Thank you all xx
