i was reffered ,to the e.n.t. dept,at broadgreen hosp,by my g.p.after stupidly losing the ends of cotton buds,down my ear,and even though,this was self inflicted,i was treated with respect,and dignity by the staff here at the e.n.t. at broadgreen hosp,especially by one of the specialists,who discovered,after refering me to audiology,that i had a hearing loss of 30 percent on my left ear,and was promptly fitted with a hearing aid,well done to all the staff i saw in sept/oct,and i have now thrown away all my cotton buds,5 star service
