Particularly pleased with the ambulance team which arrived at my b-in laws house at approximately 1.25 pm today; there were several adults at the house, all anxious. The ambulance officer took charge of all proceedings shortly after arrival and concluded in a very timely and efficient way. Please pass on our kindest regards and thanks to 3 very excellent representatives of the ambulance dept. Yours sincerely
