What I liked
The friendliness & caring nature of nurses always there to re-assure you if you had any worries. Made my stay in hospital less stressful. Being kept informed of what & why medications I was on. The cleanliness of the ward. Varied & imaginative menus.
What could be improved
In my case I don't think there was any room for improvement, I was in a bay with women only. Would feel a mixed ward would not be so acceptable.
