Anything else?
I went into hospital on the 13th November 2013, having never been in hospital and 70 years old I was very frightened, however I was treated very kindly, and it was lovely having my own room for privacy, The nurse who accompanied me to the theatre spoke to me positively all the way there, I was explained to about my anaesthetic and the next thing I was coming round in the recovery room. I must thank my consultant for doing a brilliant job, my scar is healing nicely and, I now have hopes of soon being able to do the things I have not been able to do, thanks to him and his team. The food was very well prepared and a good choice, I did not have much appetite but enjoyed what I managed to eat. The nurses were so kind and attentive, and the physio team have been so helpful, I attended a class last week and it was very beneficial and also good to talk to other people who had the same operation the same day as me, I was in an all male class but we got on well together. Everyone is the hospital worked extremely hard, there is a lot of criticism of the national health at the moment, but I could not fault my treatment and they deserve all the support we can give them, I would certainly recommend this hospital to my family and friends and I am so grateful I chose it. Thank you all so much.
