Anything else?

Lovely hospital and great staff team , there's a new system in place that's having a few teething problems but early days yet. The staff were very dedicated and caring towards me and all patients , I felt rather sorry for them as there didn't seem to be enough staff on and most staff had not had their breaks or a meal , after recovery I went up to the ward , there was only 1 nurse to look after 4 patients in the ward , she'd not had a break and looked flustered but still provided great care ! Great hospital, dedicated staff , just need more staff to ease the work load of others but that's nhs cuts for you :( lovely caring bunch of people well done !!

Thank you for sharing your feedback and experiences with us; I will of course pass them on to our theatre teams (who run the new admissions and day case unit) and our execuive teams so that we can learn and evolve where we need to. Thank you for highlighting the standards of care you received and the people you encountered who helped look after you; there is no greater compliment we could hope to receive. with my best wishes for your wellbeing and recovery Claire Williams, Patient Relations Manager
