Anything else?
Appointment form was sent to the wrong address. I was discharged. Then I was called by my doctor to organise an appointment. The number provided by my GP was completely different to the appointment form, hence i could not get through to anyone in 4 days. Finally spoke to appointment booking when the agent decided to qo quiet for 10 minutes on the phone then hung up the phone. Truly awful considering I require an urgent appointment.
