I had a very bad fall on a Sunday evening in late November, when I went backwards and fell onto a concrete step. We sent for an ambulance and the paramedics who came were superb.
This high standard of service continued throughout my 24 hr stay in A&E and 1A wards. I could not have been looked after better by all the staff I came across, whatever their function, if I had been royalty.
I would like my appreciation to all those concerned to be passed on.
