This year - 2013 - I underwent a femoral bypass operation and was looked after by intensive care followed by Heron ward - the mail cardio vascular ward for men. Too often people complain about this and that but my treatment was fantastic and the staff from the surgeons down we're really wonderful. I could not have had better treatment and congratulations to all the NHS staff that I came across. Thank you all and well done.
