What I liked

I would like to express mine and my wife's appreciation for the treatment my mother received from the staff - from A&E to ward 8 and subsequent dealings as an outpatient.

The installation of oxygen facilities at our home and the regular monitoring of her condition on this occasion (and several previous visits for various other ailments) have all been dealt with in a professional, caring and considerate manner which is a compliment to all staff involved.
