"Difficulty accessing mental health services in Bedfordshire"

It has taken me three years to get the correct diagnoisis, care plan and care package. I have had to fight for all of the above and this has affected my health and that of my carers and family. In my opinion my life has been put at risk by the poor service on offer by SEPT.

Yes there are the odd good members of staff but in my opinion most of the staff I have met fall well below what any person should have to expect.

Would you tell a cancer patient that their care cost £12, 000? That is what a manager said to me last week because I complained about being asked to sign blank care forms. Just because I have MH issues I am still human.
