"Experience at Lincoln Hospital"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

In September my Mum fell and cut her hand on a day visit to Lincoln and we were sent to the A&E Department of Lincoln Hospital. We were very pleased with Mum's treatment and I wrote to the Chief Executive to express my thanks and gave the hospital a donation to be spent in the A&E Department.

The staff did their best to get us back to the station for a chartered train, which unfortunately we missed, but in the meantime we were looked after very well and made it back to London.

Dear Lincolnvisitor, thank you for your feedback here online and also for your letter of thanks to our Chief Executive – I know the team in A&E will be pleased to read them both. What a shame you missed your train back to London – I hope you all eventually got home safe and sound and that your mum is completely recovered now; please give her our best. Thank you again.
