(as the patient),

I have enjoyed every minute that I have been on ward 18 at Burnley Hospital. All the staff have been really great. I have been looked after really well. I feel ‘well in myself’ and I have improved well whilst on the ward.

I am looking forward to moving to my new accommodation although I will definitely miss the people and staff on the ward.
