I would just like to take the time to thank ward F21 for the level of care that I received when I was in their care. I had a planned admission to the Ward and from the moment I got onto the ward, the staff were lovely, helpful and put me at ease even though it was a very busy time when I arrived. I'm from Lincoln and had never been to QMC before (other than the treatment centre the day before which is when my planned admission was organised) so was obviously nervous but I needn't have been. I spent 3 weeks in Hospital having several tests and underwent surgery and in all honesty I think ward F21 is run by angels. They were lovely, they took the time to get to know you and your needs, they welcome family, they are quick to resolve issues should one arise. I want to thank all the Nurses, NA's, Domestics, Doctors etc. for making my stay as straightforward and smoothly running as it could have possibly been.
