I have visited the hospital on a number of occasions but on three of these occasions I have been issued parking charge notices.
Each time I would have clearly displayed a blue badge and I would have also ensured that I parked within a disabled bay, either by A&E or on the ground floor of the two storey car park.
I am currently appealing these notices and I am absolutely staggered at receiving these notices. Even the supposed offence hasn't been clearly outlined, but instead the notice talks about private land and users of the car park are bound by terms and conditions etc.
Is this really how the Royal Free treats visitors to it's establishment? I am very tempted to take this issue to the Strategic Health Authority.
