"Best foot forward with this Podiatry"

I required some new foam inserts for my shoes, I contacted the Podiatry department to make an appointment, when I phoned in they told me to call in at my leisure on a day of my choosing, and told me to ask for James on my arrival.

I called in on and spoke with James, I told him exactly what I required, expecting him to say call back in a couple of weeks, I was pleasantly surprised when he said call back the same afternoon and my shoe inserts would be ready, I called in when I said I would and collected my new inserts. Brilliant.
