"Neglected anf forgoten"

My partner Had been admitted to the hospital a few times this week. Went to visit her in labour ward and had to wait outside the doors 45mins to be let in. In the end i had to phone my partner to come out of her bed anf come and let me in becsuse there was no staff around. On second admission we was taken to a room by a receptionist and left there for 45mins before anyone had even come to see that we was there. she was seen once by a doctor. Moved to another ward and forgoten about. She has been their nearly 11 hour and still had not seen anyone. All she has seen is kitchen staff. Unfortunatly it felt as if no one even knew that we was there! Big disappointment as with our first child everyone was lovely.
