Once again I was treated with the utmost care & attention from all the staff at Fulwood Hall, everybody I came into contact with were very friendly, helpful, cheerful & professional in their conduct & attitude, Although I had previously been a stay patient after a general anaesthetic with no worries at all, it was with some trepidation that I now faced a local anaesthetic for the first time, I needn't have worried, the procedure was explained fully to me & any worries I had were dissolved due to caring attitude of the nursing & surgical team.
