I would just like to thank the A&E and ENT Doctors who assessed my daughter on 22/11/2013 following an accident at school. Their willingness to engage with my daughter at her level and their calm and friendly approach helped relax and put an her at ease. The fact that my daughter is normally very anxious in hospital type environments and was in pain at the time is further credit to the care and compassion shown by the Doctors we met with.

Thank you for taking the time to give such positive feedback about you and your daughter’s experience of our hospital. We are pleased our team was able to put her at ease. We understand that children can find it very difficult visiting hospital and we are glad she didn’t find it too anxious a time. We will pass on your lovely comments on to our staff in A&E and ENT.
