About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

After making my appointment through TRAQS, who were very prompt with answering the phone, confirming my appointment by letter.

I attended my appointment at the therapy services. The physio I saw was very nice and asked lots of questions, examined my food and gave me exercises to complete at home.

She explained what would happen if physio didn't work who I would be referred to and treatment required.

So, after 6 months of pain I will be attending weekly physio sessions for the foreseeable future. I'm happy work has begun on getting me back to normal.
