About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

The TRAQS team were very unhelpful in my appointment. I was told Wolverhampton in 9 weeks, which I explained I had difficulty in getting there, or Telford which could be 3 months.

As the optician said I needed to be seen ASAP, I had not choice but to accept Wolverhampton.

We are very sorry to hear that our service did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, TRAQS has no control over local waiting times for clincs and hospitals. We will do our best to meet your needs however we cannot offer appointments with local providers if there are no appointments available.
