i was an in-patient earlier this year at the spire hospital near Tunbridge wells.after a small operation I was returned to my room,when I needed to go to the toilet I had to press the nurse call button for assistance, the nurse came to room with a very sucked in face I think she felt I was just being a nuisance and I should be able to go by myself.i have been treated in the new Tunbridge wells hospital and have to say all the nhs staff were very kind and much more caring!
