Anything else?
I had a procedure in the BTC endoscopy department on 25th November 2013 and was extremely nervous. I would like to say that I had excellent care and attention from the consultant surgeon and all the staff before, during and after the treatment! I was treated with great dignity and respect. All along I was told what would be happening to me. My privacy was very well respected, something which I was dreading. Thank you also to the referring consultant for her help and treating me with respect. The whole department really has got the patient in mind first, when treating them.
