I brought my 8 year old daughter for a blood test. She was somewhat nervous and anxious but nurse who dealt with her did such a good job of making her feel relaxed that she was even bold enough to watch and rated it the second 'best moment' of her day. Thank you not only for that moment of today but also for the confidence that she'll have whenever faced by something similar again.
