What I liked

I really appreciated the level of care and attention of the staff I saw last Friday in the A&E department. This was my first time in hospital as a patient. The staff were all truly very professional and I have the utmost respect for them and all the hard work they do. I couldn't have asked for more and they took the time to explain to me what they needed to do, and what I should be doing when I get home. Thank you for everything!
