Anything else?
After calling the hospital worried about the health of my 9 month pregnant wife, the utter disrespect and dismissive response i was given was appalling. I have never been so fobbed off as if i don't matter. Whether the employees of the hospital are on reception or work in the walk in center they are in the care profession they should act like it. Compassion is free you just have to feelit.

We were sorry to learn that you were treated in a rude and dismissive manner when you called the Trust. Your feedback will be passed on to the manager for the area concerned so that they can take appropriate action.
