What I liked
Booked an appointment for a blood test, I was there early and was seen almost straight away. The nurse taking the blood was very friendly and efficient. Overall I am very happy with this experience.
What could be improved
The lady taking bookings for the blood appointments was seated at a table that was too small for the task, and too low for her to sit comfortably at. I think this is a back problem waiting to happen.
