I have been a renal patient in this ward for just over four years.

I have to say that the care I have received has been excellent. The nursing staff are very caring, cheerful, and professional. They could do with a better ward to work in but hopefully this will be addressed in the new hospital. It a pleasure to go to the Balfour for dialysis three times a week. If you are going to have dialysis, the Balfour is the place to have it.
