What I liked

Well there was not much to like about Napier Ward.

What could be improved

My dad could not eat the food for 2 weeks as by the time it got to him it was cold, was offered whatever was left on the trolley as they were the last to be served, was left in bed for 9 days before they started to help him to walk. I visited every other day and not once when i saw a member of staff enter the ward did they clean their hands, no wonder these bugs are rife in hospitals.
