As a recent inpatient I cannot fault the caring nature and professionalism of the staff in the Thoracic Unit. I was involved in every stage of the process and supported throughout. They told me would happen, and it did! The team of Doctors and Nurses worked smoothly to minimise my inpatient stay - and even the food was excellent. As a former NHS senior manager, I understand the issues of organising a busy Hospital - BRI is an exemplar.
