"No help from Eastman"

I am English and an NHS taxpayer but I have had no help from the Eastman at all and have even been actively abused by them and mocked - three times

My dental health was so bad I looked like Nanny McFee but They Would Not Help Me; I needed a simple extraction but they would not do it - it took six years to achieve and my jaw was badly damaged as a result of the delay; I needed crowns, implants, a bridge and orthodontic help again the Eastman would not help me I am only a despised English NHS taxpayer after all The Eastman even refused me bone graft treatment when I had agreed to pay twice yet because I was then actually threatened with attack by a NHS member of staff the Eastman they refused to do it on grounds I do not understand.
