"My Aunt"

My Aunt, Emily Evelyn Rivers was a patient at the Walsall Manor Hospital in October and sadly died there on the this month. She was admitted to the hospital as a terminally ill patient. She spent a week in the A. M. U Ward where she was cared for by wonderful Staff who always had time to explain what was happening and why.

She was then moved to Ward 3 where all Staff made every effort to make her as comfortable as possible. The care and attention she received was an inspiration and at the end of her life, which had become so painful, it was so important to us that she received this special care.

We wanted to thank all concerned from the bottom of our hearts for the attention and support we all received from the Manor Hospital. We will never forget it.
