When I eventually got seen I was mighty impressed with the nurse who stitched me up. she was polite friendly and professional. Thank you. I waited for over 2.5 hours without any idea how long my wait would be. Surely a screen showing you where you are on the list would be simple? I eventually went to the desk to ask politely and I was seen 10 mins later. Some more TV's and wifi would be simple.
