I was quickly, considerately and efficiently assessed for treatment starting mid September. Once this was completed my surgery was arranged for November 21. I was so pleased with the kindness and efficiency of all the staff throughout for what was for me an embarrassing procedure. My only other inpatient experience has been in private hospitals here and abroad and the Southampton Treatment Centre compares very well to them in its facilities and should show the way forward for social medicine. I would appreciate it if this message were passed to the staff present on November 21 in particular. Neil Hemingway
